1.  SCOPE. Welcome to artframe.ph this Terms & Conditions ( "Agreement" or "Terms" ) is a contract between you and Artframe Philippines registered address at 4652 Molino Boulevard, Brgy. Bayanan, Bacoor City, Cavite, Philippines ( "Company" "we" "us" or "our" ), governing your use of our website at artframe.ph.

 

By accessing or using the Services in any way, including but not limited to visiting or browsing the Site, registering an account, or contributing content or other materials to the Site, you expressly understand, acknowledge, and agree that you will be bound by the Terms as found on the Site.

 

In addition, you can read our Privacy & Cookie Policy at any time to learn more about how the Company collects, stores, and protects your information while using the Services. Our Privacy and Cookie Policy is hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms as if fully set forth herein.

2. Content Policy:  By submitting an image for printing through our website or other means, you certify that you have all necessary rights to use the image without infringing or violating the rights of any third-party entity. These rights encompass, but are not limited to, trademarks, copyrights, and patents. The images sent should not be obscene, hateful, defamatory, threatening, or slanderous. They should not be illegal in any way or violate any applicable rule, regulation, or another person's privacy. Artframe does not claim ownership of any content shared with us for printing purposes. Artframe reserves the right to request proof of ownership or right to print prior to releasing an order into production.

3. Account Creation and Termination. To access some of the Services' features, you must first create an account. You may not use another person's account. When you use a password or identification, you are deemed to be authorized to access and use the Site or Apps in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and the Company is under no obligation to investigate the authorization or source of such access or use of the Services.

4. No Refund, No Return, No Exchange Policy: ​Since most of our products are made to order, once you check-out your order we don't offer a refund, return or exchange items.

5. Payment: For payment, we only accept payment from our gateway partner’s merchants such as, Online Banking (Union Bank and BPI) Gcash, PayMaya, Grab Pay, over the counter (MLhuillier, Cebuana Lhuiilier and 7/11) and bank payment (credit and debit card) only.

6. Credit Card Orders: Purchases paid for with a credit card will be charged when placed to verify credit card information. If your credit card is declined, we will make every reasonable effort to contact you. If we are unable to reach you, your order will be canceled.

7. Cancelled Orders: Orders cannot be cancelled. 

8. Claims: Please notify Customer Service right away if damage has occurred within 12 hours of receiving the packages. You must give us a call to report a claim.

9. Shipping: We shipped your orders nation-wide. 

10. Prices: Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
